Submission Guidelines

Innovative Technologies for a Sustainable and Inclusive Future

* Initial paper (Full paper) submission guidelines

i) All papers submitted to the ICCCE 2025 must be written in English and formatted in the standard IEEE Xplore double-column format (A4 size). You can download the template > Initial paper template

Failing to conform to the standard format will result in rejection.

ii) All papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS Conference papers submission system.

iii) All papers are limited to six (6) pages in the final length, as ICCCE 2025 configured EDAS system will not permit longer papers to be uploaded.

iv) ICCCE 2025 submitted papers require obligatory less than 30% similarity score compliance. If your paper fails to comply with the regulation, it will not be reviewed and excluded from the conference.

v) The decision regarding the acceptance of the papers is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee. Note that short and review-type manuscripts are not considered.

vi) To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer-review process, authors should ensure that information about the authors’ identities does not appear anywhere in the text body of the paper. (For the first submission, follow the initial paper template)
