Please follow these steps before submitting your final paper to EDAS

Step 1

Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must attend the conference and present the paper according to the schedule of the conference. In the event that the presenter is unable to attend the conference for any reason, your accepted paper will NOT BE considered for submission of the proceeding to the IEEE Xplore.

Step 2

At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the ICCCE 2023 to upload the final manuscript. The final manuscript must be prepared based on reviewers’ comments and according to the final paper format as well as IEEE PDF compliance.

Step 3

The registrants may upload up to two final papers.

Step 4

Ensure that all instructions and comments from reviewers are taken into account in your corrections.

Step 5

Follow exactly the IEEE format for conference paper that can be downloaded here.
 
Failing to comply may result in your paper not being accepted for further indexing by IEEE Xplore.

Step 6

Add copyright notice at the footer of your first page (left indent, Times New Roman, size 10) – based on IEEE copyright notice as follows:

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:

U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

979-8-3503-2521-8/23/$31.00 ©2023 Crown

For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:

979-8-3503-2521-8/23/$31.00©2023 European Union

For all other papers the copyright notice is:

979-8-3503-2521-8/23/$31.00 ©2023 IEEE

Step 7

Now that you have updated your manuscript, before creating a PDF file, please check the appropriate copyright notice at the bottom of the first page document (Step 3) amend accordingly for the appropriate copyright notice.

Step 8

Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Step 9

Creating your PDF File via PDF Express

  • You need to use IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login to validate your PDF for IEEE Xplore compliance.
  • First-time users should do the following:
    • Click on ‘Create Account’
    • Enter the following:
      • 58854X for the Conference ID
      • your email address
      • your password
      • An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Step 10

Then once you have your IEEE certified PDF file, you may upload it to EDAS as the final manuscript.
