1. Authors can submit maximum of (4) papers, but the publication fee will only be subsidized for the first accepted paper. The subsequent accepted paper will be charged a minimum publication fees of RM 150 each.
2. Accepted full article will be potentially published in either one of the following journals:

      •  The International Medical Journal Malaysia (Scopus-indexed journal)
      •  Malaysian Journal of Medicine and Health Sciences (Scopus-indexed journal)
      •  International Journal of Allied Health Sciences
      •  International Journal of Care Scholars
      •  Revelation and Science

3. All submitted articles will be reviewed and a suitable journal will be determined by the internal reviewers of the scientific committee. The paper will be judged based on clear and precise introduction of the research, proper methodology, concise results, relevant discussion and clear conclusion Best papers will be suggested for publication in Scopus-indexed journals.

4. Following the internal review, the author will be informed on the decision of the review as well as the suggested journal to be published (if applicable). The author will be requested to confirm their agreement on the suggested journal.

5. Upon confirmation on item number 4. by the authors, the following process will take place:

    a) Authors are requested to do necessary correction and format their papers following the format of the suggested journal.

    b) For Scopus-indexed journals (The International Medical Journal Malaysia and Malaysian Journal of Medicine and Health Sciences), the submitted revised papers  in 5 a) will need to be deposited by the author together with a cover letter provided by the scientific committee via the following link:

         • IMJM: https://journals.iium.edu.my/kom/index.php/imjm/about/submissions

The deposited paper will be subjected to another round of review from the editorial board of the journal. The final decision (accepted/ rejected) of the paper is subjected to the decision by the editorial board of the journal.

    c) For other journals (International Journal of Allied Health Sciences, International Journal of Care Scholars, Revelation and Science), the submitted revised papers  in 5 a) will be processed by the scientific committee for journal submission and subsequently be published.
