ORAL PRESENTATION

  1. All speaker are required to submit a 10 minutes video presentation to secretariat following the guidelines for preparation and uploading of presentations provided here
  2. Please note that the official language of the congress shall be English and Arabic.
  3. You should enter the session room 30 minutes before the start of your session. You will be notify by the committee at least one week before the event on the details of the link to the online conference room and the flow of on-site registration and attendance.
  4. Each speaker will be allocated 15 minutes for presentations. During the allocated session for each presenter, the pre-recorded 10 minutes video presentation will be played by the secretariat. The “+5” minutes indicated are meant for discussion of your paper. It is important to adhere strictly to the time allocated.
  5. Be sure your visuals use sufficiently large fonts and clear figures to enable participants to read and follow the presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATION

  1. Poster prepared must be of a standard size of A1 (594 x 841 mm) in portrait and in PDF format ONLY. Minimum font size of 24 should be used.
    1. Each poster must include the following information:
    • Abstract ID
      • Abstract id should follow the code provided by the system during the abstract submission,
      • Abstract ID should be included at the very upper left corner of the poster, and should follow the following format:

    #abstract ID (e.g. #145 for abstract ID no145)

    • Title of the paper
    • Name of author(s), affiliation,
    • Introduction
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Reference
  2. Each poster must include the following information: Title of the paper, name of author(s), affiliation, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion and acknowledgements.
  3. Please send your poster tothe scwcii2021@gmail.com by 21st May 2021. Please use the following format to name your poster pdf file.
    •    SubmissionID.pdf, where the SubmissionID is the code provided by the system during the abstract submission.
  4. One virtual room will be allocated for poster display in each parallel session. Presenters are expected to be in attendance in the assigned room at the times indicated in the program book (according to poster ID) to discuss their posters and interact with other participants.
