Eligibility
STEP 1
Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must attend the conference and present the paper according to the schedule of the conference. In the event that the presenter is unable to attend the conference for any reason, your accepted paper will not be considered for submission of the proceeding to the IEEE Xplore.
Registration
STEP 2
At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the ICOM 2024 to upload the final manuscript. The final manuscript must be prepared based on reviewers’ comments and according to the final paper format as well as IEEE PDF compliance. The registrants may upload up to two final papers. Ensure that all instructions and comments from reviewers are taken into account in your corrections.
Formatting
STEP 3
Follow exactly the IEEE format for conference paper that can be downloaded here -> ICOM24format_camera-ready.docFailing to comply may result in your paper not being accepted for further indexing by IEEE Xplore.
Copyright Notice
STEP 4
Add copyright notice at the footer of your first page (left indent, Times New Roman, size 10) – based on IEEE copyright notice as follows:
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

Finalize Manuscript PDF
STEP 5
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
Create your PDF File via PDF Express.
You need to use IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site to validate your PDF for IEEE Xplore compliance. First-time users should do the following:
1. Click on ‘Create Account’
2. Enter the following: XXXXX for the Conference ID
3. your email address
4. your password
An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
