Author Guidelines
STEP 1
• All papers submitted to the ICOM 2026 must be written in English.
• Minimum pages is 4 while maximum pages is 8.
• All papers need to have less than 30% similarity with existing papers. Papers that fail to comply with the regulation will not be reviewed and excluded from the conference.
• Once submitted, the editorial team will generate the similarity report. The similarity percentage for the paper must not exceed 20%.
• To facilitate double-blind peer review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’ identities and funding information do not appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper. Authors name and funding information can be added after acceptance.
• All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore (Scopus-indexed).

Camera Ready Guidelines
STEP 4
• Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must submit the final paper via EDAS portal no later than 19 August 2026, attend the conference, and present the paper according to the schedule of the conference. If the presenter cannot attend the conference for any reason, your accepted paper will not be considered for submission of the proceeding to the IEEE Xplore.
• All papers submitted to the ICOM 2026 must be written in English and formatted in the standard IEEE Xplore double-column format (A4 size). You can download Final Manuscript Template, add the authors and affiliations. Failing to conform to the standard format will result in the rejection of submission to IEEE Xplore.

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore (Scopus-indexed).
• Please Prepare Your Camera-Ready using IEEE PDF Express. For the faster inclusion of our conference paper in IEEE Explore, the camera-ready PDF quality must adhere to stringent quality checks.
For this purpose, please note that all final papers must be converted using PDFexpress from the following link, adhering to the IEEE PDF specification. Do not use Save As PDF from MS-Word, but convert it through PDF Express.
