GUIDELINE FOR PRESENTATION
The conference will operate in a hybrid format by including both online and physical presentations within the same session.
Please review the following guidelines for each mode:
Online Presentations
- The same Zoom link will be used throughout the conference. Choose your breakout room accordingly (A, B, C or D). Your Zoom username should be your Paper ID and presenter’s name (e.g., 1_Ahmad).
- You are encouraged to deliver your presentation LIVE during the session.
- To ensure a smooth program flow, you are requested to submit a 12-minute (maximum duration) video presentation as a back-up, by 4th September 2026, 11:59 p.m.

Physical Presentations
- You are given 12 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A session (+3 minutes contingency time).
- Please upload your presentation slides only. Upload your presentation slides here by 4th September 2026, 11:59 p.m.
- Please name your file using your paper ID and presenter’s name (e.g., 1_Ahmad).
No-Show Policy
IEEE enforces a strict no-show policy.
For both Online and Physical modes, at least one representative must be present either on-site or online (both for presentation and Q&A session) for the paper to be published.
