KEYNOTE SPEAKER 1

Prof. Dr. Prashanta Dutta is the Richard Schneider Jr. Professor in the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering of Washington State University (WSU). He joined WSU as a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in 2001, following his PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station. He was promoted to the rank of Associate and Full Professor in 2007 and 2013, respectively. During his sabbatical years, he worked as a Visiting Professor at Konkuk University in Seoul, South Korea, and the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany. Prof. Dutta received his BS and MS degrees from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and the University of South Carolina (USC), Columbia, respectively. He has published over 250 peer-reviewed journal and conference articles and delivered more than 100 invited talks all over the world. In 2024, he established the National Science Foundation (NSF)- supported Next Generation Robotics Training Program at WSU, and he has served as its Director since its inception. Dr. Dutta is an elected fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC). He is also an elected member of the elite Washington State Academy of Sciences. Dr. Dutta is a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Professorship sponsored by the US Department of State. He recently received the Donald N. Zwiep Innovation in Education Award from the ASME and the Research Excellence Award from the Washington State University Office of Research. He has been serving as an editor of various professional journals in his field of study and has held various leadership positions for ASME.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER 2

Prof. Dr. Yanuadri Putrasari is the Head of the Center for Intelligent Mechatronics Research at Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN), Indonesia. He is actively engaged in advancing research and innovation in intelligent engineering systems, contributing to the development of technology-driven solutions and interdisciplinary engineering initiatives.
He received the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ulsan, Republic of Korea, in 2019. Prior to this, he obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in 2011. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Mandala Bandung and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Education from Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta.
His research interests include intelligent mechatronic systems, advanced mechanical and engineering technologies, and the integration of intelligent methodologies within modern engineered systems. Through his leadership and research contributions, he continues to support innovation and scientific advancement in mechatronics-oriented and multidisciplinary engineering domains.
