Guideline (Poster)
- The poster should include the :
- Title
- Author(s)
- Affiliation(s)
- Background section (which covers the introduction, research gap, and objectives), methodology, findings (including results and discussion), conclusion, acknowledgments, references
- Contact information (QR code).
- The poster should be in PORTRAIT form and A1 size, measuring 594mm x 841 mm (23.4″ x 33.1″)
- Poster presenters are advised to utilize a minimum font size of 24 and include bold lettering to emphasize important points. When incorporating images, please ensure that they are of high quality and take note of any potential copyright concerns.
- Poster boards will be provided for mounting the posters.
- You will receive your poster board number upon registering.
- Poster presenters must be present during the coffee breaks. The judging process will be carried out during the coffee breaks.
- The three winners of the Best Poster Presenter will be announced during the closing ceremony
