Poster Guideline (PDF)
  1. The poster should include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), background (contains introduction, research gap & objectives), methodology, findings (result & discussion), conclusion, acknowledgements, references, and contact information (QR code).
  2. The poster should not be more than 500 words.
  3. The poster size should be A1 in PORTRAIT form (594 x 841 mm) and
    preferably of light material.
  4. Considering using:
    1. high-quality images, but be mindful of copyrights.
    2.  APA format for tables.
    3. fonts such as Helvetica, Arial or Calibri.
    4. a font size at least 24 points, however 32 points or bigger is
      recommended.
    5. bold lettering for effectiveness, as long as it’s applied consistently and
      simply.
    6. your creativity in designing the poster.
  5. Stationeries for putting up posters will be provided.
  6. Your poster board number will be provided to you during the registration
    process.
  7. The time for putting up & removing the poster is as follows:
           Day 1 (9th September 2024): 0830 to 1700 hours
           Day 2 (10th September 2024): 0830 to 1500 hours
    *Judging time will be during the coffee breaks/ refreshment; thus, poster
    presenters must be present.
  8. Three (3) winners for the best ICNP2024 Poster Presenter will be announced
    during the Closing Ceremony.
