Participant Registration
Step 1: Conference Registration
All participants must register via the official Google Form. Fill in your details. You may need to provide matric card (for student) or staff card (if applicable).
Step 2: Make payment
Proceed to pay your fees through IIUM EzPay.
Step 3: Registration confirmation
Upon successful registration, you will receive an official confirmation email from the Secretariat.
Important notes:
Participants have the flexibility to register through two methods:
Online Registration: Secure your spot early and enjoy a smoother entry process.
Walk-in Registration: Registration and payment can be made directly at the conference venue counter during the event days.
Please be advised that all registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The Organising Committee does not provide travel grants, accommodation sponsorship, or registration fee waivers.
Group registration (five (5) participants or more) may be eligible for special discounted rates. The group registration must be paid by a single payment transaction, either by credit card or wire transfer. Previously registered attendees cannot be added to a group registration. To apply for group rates, please get in touch with our Secretariat directly before making any payment.

- Your registration will be processed within 7-10 working days. An official confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you once your payment is verified.
Frequently Asked Questions - Participant
1. Can I register on the day of the event?
Yes. Walk-in registration is strictly permitted for non-presenting participants only. You may register and pay at our registration counter during the conference.
2. I have paid but I cannot attend. Can I get a refund?
No. As per our policy, all registration fees are non-refundable. However, you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place. Please notify the Secretariat at least 7 days before the event.
3. Does the registration fee include accommodation or flights?
No. The Organising Committee does not provide travel grants, accommodation sponsorship, or registration fee waivers. All participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
4. How do I qualify for the Group Rate?
If you are coming in a group of five (5) or more, you are eligible for a special rate. Please email us before making any payment to receive the discounted rate instructions.
5. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, all registered participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon completion of the conference.
6. I am registering as a student. Do I need to provide proof of student status?
Yes. Students must upload a valid student identification card (matric card) during the registration process. The card must clearly show your name, institution, and validity period. Registrations under the student category without a valid matric card may be reclassified under the regular participant rate.
