Congratulations to the successful candidates as their abstract have been accepted to be presented in this conference. Below are the important dates & guidelines about the presentation & evaluation process.

VOICE-RECORDED SLIDES PRESENTATION GUIDELINE

This guideline contains the format of the presentation, documents that needed to be submitted to the organiser and date of submission

  1. The mode of presentation is a RECORDED FORMAT– a VIDEO of the voice-recorded slides presentation.
  2. Panels will evaluate the presentation based on the slides and presenter’s explanation in the recorded video (refer to no. 9 for the YouTube link on creating a video-recorded slides presentation).
  3. Panels will give back the feedback of the presentation on the day of the presentation itself through email.
  4. The output that presenters should prepare are as below:
    • Corrected abstract
    • Presentation slides
    • A VIDEO of the voice-recorded slides presentation in the MP4 format, with a minimum resolution 480p
    • Presenters should submit corrected abstract, slides AND video files as well as the VIDEO-RELEASE FORM (please download the form from the link below). ‎Please do not submit a YouTube link of your video because the organiser ‎has a specific YouTube channel to upload the video. (Please note that the ‎organiser will upload the submitted video as ‘UNLISTED’; thus, the link ‎may only be viewed by registered participants).‎
  5. ‎The presentation slides should contain the working title of the study, ‎introduction, statement of the problem, significance of the study, ‎literature review, theoretical and conceptual framework, methods, ‎results (if any), and conclusion.‎
  6. ‎Duration for presentation is 10 minutes.‎
  7. ‎Please use the United Kingdom (UK) English in preparing your slides ‎presentation.‎
  8. When presenting, please make sure you speak slowly and clearly. ‎English is not everyone’s first language. ‎
  9. ‎Presenters may use presentation software such as PowerPoint, Google ‎Slides, OR other online application that can record slides presentation ‎such as Screencast-O-Matic, OR screen record your presentation using ‎the built-in programme. ‎(Please download the guidelines for more info)
  10. The due date of submitting the video recorded format is on 20 JANUARY ‎‎‎2021 together with the Video Release Form.‎ ‎Please submit to iprc.icbs2020@gmail.com.
  11. The 17th IPRC Committee will upload all the video presentation files to ‎the 17th IPRC ‎YouTube channel & website on the colloquium, 3 ‎FEBRUARY ‎‎2021. ‎
