Welcome to the 1st International Conference on Civil Engineering 2021 (ICCE ’22), organized by the Department of Civil Engineering, Kulliyyah of Engineering, International Islamic University Malaysia from 9th to 10th August 2022. The theme for this conference is “Integrating Innovation and Sustainability in Civil Engineering”. The International Conference on Civil Engineering will be held every two years. It serves as an international forum to bring together the international and local academic scientists, researchers, and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Civil Engineering.
This ICCE ’22 will be held virtually. All of the submissions were rigorously reviewed through a blind review process by at least two experts comprising of non-members and members of the organizing committee. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the members of the organizing committee for their hard work and continuous support; plus, my sincere appreciation to all participants, members of the advisory committee, keynote speakers, and sponsors that have contributed to making this conference a successful one.
