Guidelines for Presenters
IMPORTANT NOTE:
– ORAL PRESENTERS:
Before Presentation: ALL presenters must send a slide presentation. Click here for submission.
During presentation: ALL presenters must be ready for Q&A.
– POSTER PRESENTERS:
ALL presenters must send a poster with video presentation as a digital file that we can display on the website. Click here for submission.
The oral presentation will be conducted in real time streaming (live presentation) by the presenter. The submitted slides is for our record, or as a backup if there is any technical glitch during the conference session.
