CFSE 2022 PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- Presenters are advised to be present at the designated conference venues according to the time stated in the Parallel Session Schedule. The sequence for the presentation will be based on the schedule.
- The time allocated for each presentation is 13 minutes. 10 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for question and answer (Q&A).
- Presenters are advised to strictly adhere to the allocated time. The moderator has the right to stop the presentation should the time limit has been exceeded. Content presented beyond the time limit may NOT be considered by the judges.
- The content of the e-poster will be evaluated based on the following criteria: coverage of the topic, documentation, design and choice of graphics, and mechanics.
- For the Innovation category, additional criteria on the novelty and creativity of the invention will be evaluated.
- Presenters are only allowed to use and present the submitted e-poster. No other forms of visual aid are allowed during the presentation.
- For the oral presentation, presenters will be evaluated based on the clarity of the delivery as well as responses given during the question and answer (Q&A).
- The decision by the judges is final.
- Each e-poster submission will entitle to (1) one conference kit and eligible to win (1) medal for poster competition (if any). For presenters who are interested to buy additional conference kits, kindly contact the secretariat.
