To authors for whom the peer-review process for your paper has now been completed, the next step is to revise your manuscript and prepare it for ‘Camera Ready’ status. Do address all of the given reviewer feedback, ensure compliance with the Springer manuscript formatting template and revise your manuscript accordingly for it to be considered as ‘Camera Ready’.
The following are step-by-step instructions for authors to follow regarding the process of revision, camera-ready submission and registration:
- The feedback from the 2 assigned reviewers for your paper can be accessed by logging into your CMT account and visiting the ‘Author Console’ page. The reviewers’ feedback will be listed under the ‘Submission Files’. You may then download them directly.
- The Springer Manuscript Formatting Guideline can be downloaded at: [Click here]
- After you have made the necessary revisions and ensure adherence to the Springer manuscript template, the next step is to upload your Camera Ready manuscript file via the following Google Form: [Click here]
- Next, check the fees applicable to you by going to the Conference Fee page: [Click here] . Then, visit the Payment Guidelines page on our official conference website at this link. Follow the instructions given there.
- Once payment has been made, you can then submit your registration info & also proof of payment made by following the guidelines given here: [Click here]
- To fully prepare for the actual conference day, we highly advise that you make use of our official presentation template for your slideshow. It may be downloaded here.
- Finally, to enhance fully your conference experience with us, we have provided attractive additional activities at very reasonable costs for you to participate in. For example, presenters attending physically can join our STEM Edu-Tourism Visit which entails roundtrip guided tours of nearby local attractions. [Click here].
- Furthermore, we will also be conducting online post-conference webinars consisting of talks on engaging topics given by subject matter experts and industry experts. [Click here].
- There will also be a networking dinner hosted by our Kulliyyah at the end of the 1st day of the conference. Tickets to the dinner only cost RM50, payment for which will need to be included in steps #4 and #5 above.
