ABSTRACT PREPARATION

  1. All abstracts must be prepared according to the following formatting requirements.
  2. The title should be in bold, 16 pt, Times New Roman, with only the initial letters capitalized, followed by one line spacing.
  3. The names of authors must be written in 12 pt, regular, Times New Roman, with initials capitalized, and the presenting author (speaker) clearly underlined.
  4. After another line space, include the postal address and email address in 10 pt, italic, Times New Roman, followed by one line before the main text begins.
  5. The abstract text should be written in Times New Roman, 10 pt, black, with line spacing set to exactly 11 pt, and must fit strictly within the designated typing area.
  6. The abstract should concisely present the essential features of the study, including the background, objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusion.
  7. Any structural formulae, figures, or drawings included must be of moderate size and presented in black only.
  8. References are not allowed in the abstract.
  9. Each submission is limited to one page only, whether for oral or poster presentation, and must strictly adhere to the formatting and size requirements.
  10. Authors are required to indicate their preferred presentation type (oral or poster) and select the relevant subject area(s), including Biodiversity Conservation, Health Empowerment, Food Security, and Climate Action.
