She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) and a Master\u2019s in Clinical Pharmacy from University Science Malaysia, as well as a PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Queensland, Australia. Following her PhD, Suraya served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Division of Social Research for Medicines and Health at the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Her expertise spans a wide array of research interests, including big data analytics in pharmacy, pharmacoepidemiology, opioid use in non-cancer pain, drug utilization studies, and advanced statistical software like STATA. Suraya has received specialized training in big data analytics, working with millions of patient records using the Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD) in the UK and the SCREAM database in Sweden.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">She has mentored numerous Master\u2019s and PhD students, particularly in opioid studies involving large datasets.
