Below are the<strong> important dates &amp; guidelines<\/strong> about the presentation &amp; evaluation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>IMPORTANT DATES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover has-background-dim\" style=\"background-color:#a40404\"><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container\">\n<p style=\"color:#ffffff;font-size:31px\" class=\"has-text-color has-text-align-left\"><strong>SUBMISSION<\/strong> <strong>DATE FOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>CORRECTED ABSTRACT<\/li><li>SLIDES PRESENTATION<\/li><li>VIDEO-RECORDED SLIDES PRESENTATION<\/li><li> VIDEO-RELEASE FORM<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#ffffff;font-size:30px\" class=\"has-text-color\"><strong>20 JANUARY 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>VOICE-RECORDED SLIDES PRESENTATION GUIDELINE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This guideline contains the format of the presentation, documents that needed to be submitted to the organiser and date of submission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>The mode of presentation is a <strong>RECORDED FORMAT<\/strong>&#8211; a <strong>VIDEO<\/strong> of the voice-recorded slides presentation. <\/li><li>Panels will evaluate the presentation based on the slides and presenter&#8217;s explanation in the recorded video (refer to no. 9 for the YouTube link on creating a video-recorded slides presentation).<\/li><li>Panels will give back the <strong>feedback of the presentation<\/strong> on the day of the presentation itself <strong>through email<\/strong>. <\/li><li>The<strong> output<\/strong> that presenters should prepare are as below:<ul><li>Corrected abstract<\/li><li>Presentation slides<\/li><li>A <strong>VIDEO<\/strong> of the voice-recorded slides presentation in the MP4 format, with a minimum resolution 480p<\/li><li>Presenters should submit <strong>corrected abstract, slides AND video files<\/strong> as well as the <strong>VIDEO-RELEASE FORM<\/strong> (please download the form from the link below). \u200ePlease do not submit a YouTube link of your video because the organiser \u200ehas a specific YouTube channel to upload the video.
