Transformative Research for Ummatic Excellence

The IIUM Postgraduate Colloquium is an annual academic platform organised to provide postgraduate students with the opportunity to present their research progress, exchange ideas, and receive constructive feedback from academics and peers.

The colloquium was first introduced in 2021 and was initially conducted fully online in response to the global pandemic. Since then, the programme has been successfully organised on an annual basis and has become one of the key academic platforms for postgraduate engagement and scholarly development within IIUM.

Over the years, the colloquium has evolved into a structured academic forum that supports research enhancement, interdisciplinary networking, and intellectual discourse among postgraduate students across various Kulliyyahs and research areas.

The 6th IIUM Postgraduate Colloquium 2026 aims to continue this tradition by providing a dynamic and interactive platform that encourages research excellence, academic collaboration, and professional development among postgraduate students.
