PAPER REGISTRATION & SUBMISSION
All accepted papers must be registered and submitted in accordance with the following guidelines:
Registration
- Each accepted paper must be registered by at least one author.
- Registration is compulsory for inclusion in the conference programme and proceedings.
- Please ensure that the registration fee is paid before the submission deadline.
Paper Preparation
- Authors must prepare their final papers according to the conference template.
- Papers should be converted into PDF format using PDF eXpress to ensure compatibility with IEEE Xplore.
IEEE PDF eXpress
- Log in to IEEE PDF eXpress.
- First-time users should do the following:
– Select the New Users.
– Enter the following: 68001X for the Conference ID, your email address and password - Continue to enter information as prompted. An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Final Submission
- Once you have the validated PDF from PDF eXpress, upload it to the conference submission system using this link: Upload Your Paper Here
Important Notes
- Papers not validated by PDF eXpress will not be accepted.
- The final submission must match the accepted version (title, authors, and content).
- Failure to register and submit by the deadline will result in exclusion from the proceedings.
