Oral Presentation Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each oral presentation will be allocated 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q and A). However, this may be changed according to the number of presentations registered. It will be decided in mid-October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All presenters must send their PowerPoint presentations before the conference. The details will be announced in July. The presentation materials will be preloaded onto the laptop located at the podium of each presentation room in the order of presentations in that session. External laptops or USB drives will not be permitted to be used in these PCs under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poster Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Posters should be prepared and printed with final dimensions under ISO A1 size (W59.4 cm x W84.1 cm). All presenters are requested to be at the venue to answer questions during the core time. The details of the poster session will be announced in July. If the number of presentations reaches capacity, the registration may be stopped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I change my presentation title?<\/summary>\n

All submission of abstracts and titles are subjected to review by the scientific committee. All accepted abstracts and titles are final.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I print my poster at the venue?<\/summary>\n

The host does not offer any poster printing services.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

When will we get our acceptance letter after submitting the abstract?<\/summary>\n

Tentatively you will receive your acceptance letter within ten (10) working days the abstract submission. If there is any issue, please send your enquiries to: icosast@iium.edu.my.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
