Instructions for Preparing Abstracts
The abstract should be well-structured and include the following sections: Title, Contributing Authors and their Affiliations, and Abstract text. Use single spacing and Times New Roman font, size 12 pt, except for the Title, which should be 15 pt and bold. The Title, Author List, and Affiliations should be center-aligned, while the abstract text should be justified. The abstract must be written in a professional and academic tone.
Title
- Should be concise, informative, and relevant to your research.
- Avoid abbreviations.
Contributing Authors and their Affiliations
- List all contributing authors along with their institutional affiliations. Separate authors names with commas (,).
- Clearly indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*) and provide their email address.
- Italicize institutional affiliations.
- Leave a blank line between the Title and the list of contributing authors.
Abstract
- Leave two blank lines between institutional affiliations and the abstract text.
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words and should include the following sections.
- Background: Briefly introduce the topic including the problem statement (2–4 sentences).
- Purpose/Objective: Clearly state the purpose of objective of the research.
- Methods: Summarize the methodology, including study design, data collection, and data analysis.
- Results: Present key findings with supporting data. Avoid vague or ambiguous statements.
- Conclusion: Summarize key takeaways and their implications, ensuring alignment with the research objective.
