She is an accomplished scientific executive and business leader with over 15 years of international experience in molecular diagnostics, translational R&amp;D, and laboratory operations. She has a proven track record in establishing and scaling clinical diagnostic labs, managing cross-border teams, and executing complex scientific and commercial strategies. Her expertise includes molecular assay development (PCR, nucleic acid extraction), mass spectrometry, regulatory compliance (ISO, LDT), and clinical innovation.
