1. Registration

Fill in the registration Google Form provided in the official ICOPS 2025 website or announcement.

For Participant:
After registration, you may directly go to Step No. 4 (Make payment). 

For Presenter:
Kindly proceed to Step No. 2 (Submit Abstract).

2. Submit Abstract (for Presenter)

Abstracts must be submitted via the abstract submission portal:

3. Wait for Notification of Acceptance (for Presenter)

If your abstract is successfully accepted, you will receive Notification of Acceptance from the secretariat.

4. Make Payment

Proceed to pay your fees through IIUM Ezypay.

5. Receive Final Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you’ll receive your official confirmation and receipt.
