Abstract Submission

Step 1: Registration

Please fill in the Registration Form

Step 2: Abstract Submission

Please download the abstract template.

Please check the guidelines before you proceed.

Step 3: Create an account

Step 4: Check your email and activate the account

Step 5: Login into your account and submit abstract

Please Login into your account

Click “+NEW ABSTRACT”

Use Attachment to send your abstract (only *.doc and *.docx supported)

Step 5: If you need to resubmit your abstract

Kindly login to your account

Click “+NEW ABSTRACT”

Upload edited abstract
Please rename the file with the word “-Revised”

After completed all the details same as previous abstract submission,
Click Submit button

Step 6: Notification of Acceptance

If your abstract is successfully accepted, wait for a Notification of Acceptance from the secretariat.

Step 7: Make Payment

Kindly make a payment through IIUM Ezypay.

Step 8: Upload Proof of Payment
