I am deeply grateful to the Malaysian Society of Oral Microbiologists and Oral Immunologists (MySOMOI) and Kulliyyah of Dentistry, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and the for entrusting me with the responsibility of serving as Chairman. ICOMOI 2026 reflects the collective dedication of an exceptional organizing committee, distinguished speakers, and committed contributors who share a common goal\u2014advancing oral health through ethical, evidence-based science and meaningful innovation. I also sincerely acknowledge all sponsors and supporting partners whose contributions are essential to the successful realization of this conference.<\/p><p>The conference theme, <em>\u201cEthics, Science, and Sustainability: Shaping the Future of Oral Microbiology and Immunology<\/em>,\u201d invites us to examine the integration of scientific excellence with ethical responsibility and sustainable practices. In this spirit, the conference emphasizes integrity, collaboration, inclusivity, and social responsibility in both research and professional practice.<\/p><p>May ICOMOI 2026 inspire new ideas, strengthen interdisciplinary and international collaborations, and serve as a catalyst for transformative advancements in oral microbiology and oral immunology.
