GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF E-POSTER
- Allocation time for each pre-recorded e-poster presentation is 5 minutes.
- NO animation is allowed.
- Please ensure that the recorded presentation contains your video at the upper rightside of the presentation.
- Only original voices are allowed (use of AI is strictly prohibited).
- The e-poster will be evaluated by the panels of judges.
Note: Please use the provided TEMPLATE to ensure full compliance with the guidelines.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF E-POSTER
Please submit LINK of cloud drive folder that consist of two files:
- File 1: Poster in .jpeg format.
- File 2: Pre-recorded e-poster presentation
* Important Note: The link should be made accessible to everyone. For example, set “Anyone with the link can access” as “Editor” for Google Drive.
- The due date for submission of the required files is 1st August 2026, 5.00 pm at this link: https://forms.gle/xT1AeoT42yeogSZX8.
- All submitted pre-recorded e-poster presentations will be judged prior to the conference. Thus, any submission after the given deadline will not be accepted.
