Choose your breakout room accordingly (A, B, C or D). Your Zoom username should be your Paper ID and presenter\u2019s name (e.g., 1_Ahmad).<\/li><li>You are encouraged to deliver your presentation LIVE during the session.<\/li><li>To ensure a smooth program flow, you are requested to submit a 12-minute (maximum duration) video presentation as a back-up, by\u00a0<b>4th September 2026, 11:59 p.m.<\/b><\/li><li>Please upload your presentation slides and recorded video <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/L3y6y6XEGbXzuVGG7\">here<\/a>.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/conference.iium.edu.my\/icom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Zoom-Meeting.png\">DOWNLOAD ICOM 2026 virtual Zoom Background<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Physical Presentations<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>You are given 12 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&amp;A session (+3 minutes contingency time).<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li>Please upload your presentation slides only.
