The deadline for the presenter and the participant will be on 17 June 2023 to ease the evaluation process. However, the participants (audience) still can register after the stated date.
Yes, but they are required to register as a participant to be part of the event.
Candidates who cancel their registration will not be eligible to receive a refund.
Yes, your friend can replace you but he/she still need to register him/herself via the registration system which is available at our website.
International students/academics who are enrolled in any local Malaysian universities are eligible to register as local presenter or participant.
Unfortunately, no. There is no discount offered for additional papers.
You need to create your own account through the Wp Abstract system https://conference.iium.edu.my/iclet2023/index.php/abstract-registration/ first, and then click on “Submit Here”
Yes, it is possible to create the account first and submit your extended abstract later.
Any extended abstract submission must be done through ICLET 2023 website system.
After the reviewing process is completed, we will send an email to notify the authors on the acceptance, rejection or correction (if necessary).
Yes, we do allow more than one presentation. However, the maximum number allowed is two. The payment fees are based on the number of submission(s).
Yes, we welcome all presenters to choose their own preference to do their presentation whether through physical presentation, pre-recorded video presentation or live streaming. For those who have internet problems, we suggest their presentation to be done through pre-recorded video presentation to avoid any technical glitches throughout the session.
We welcome all presentations either in Malay, English or Arabic.
ICLET 2023 will be conducted through hybrId mode. The online platform used will be Zoom application. Please ensure that you have installed the Zoom application on your devices prior to the conference
