Earlier conferences have addressed critical issues such as human rights, Islamic law, and digital governance.<\/p><p><br \/>ICLAS IX continues this legacy by addressing the unique challenges posed by artificial intelligence (AI). The rapid adoption of AI in governance, law, and daily life requires a clear framework that ensures justice and fairness while respecting both Shari\u02bfah and law.
