The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs is responsible for supervising and organizing religious affairs in the Sultanate of Oman in all aspects . Institut Pengajian Islam Pergas (IPIP), established by the Singapore Islamic Scholars and Religious Teachers Association (Pergas), is a higher institution of Islamic learning dedicated to the pursuit, preservation and dissemination of ‘ilm through education, research, scholarship, professional development and lifelong learning. Grounded in the Worldview of Islam, IPIP cultivates sound knowledge and instils adab in accordance with the guidance of the Qur’an and the Sunnah.
