Institut Pengajian Islam Pergas (IPIP), established by the Singapore Islamic Scholars and Religious Teachers Association (Pergas), is a higher institution of Islamic learning dedicated to the pursuit, preservation and dissemination of ‘ilm through education, research, scholarship, professional development and lifelong learning. Grounded in the Worldview of Islam, IPIP cultivates sound knowledge and instils adab in accordance with the guidance of the Qur’an and the Sunnah. Anchored in the values of adab, ‘ilm, hikmah, ‘adl and ‘amal, IPIP nurtures Khaira Ummah through a continuum of learning from foundation to master’s programmes, while preserving and advancing the Islamic intellectual tradition and developing graduates distinguished by sound knowledge, adab and purposeful contributions to society and the wider ummah.
