All presenters are strongly advised to test their Zoom access in advance of the conference to prevent any login difficulties during the conference sessions. Click here for more: https://zoom.us/
    4. Ensure that your Zoom application is updated to the latest version and test its audio/video capabilities beforehand to avoid technical difficulties when moving between the main room and breakout sessions during the conference.
    5. In order to ensure a smooth presentation during your session, you are advised to join the Zoom session 10 minutes before your respective parallel session.
    6. Rename yourself in Zoom using your Paper ID and Name (Example: “ID25 – Nur Alia”) for easy identification.
    7. For international presenters, please double-check the time difference to ensure the joining time is correct.
    8. For the correct functioning of the online meeting platform, do thorough checks prior to your session to ensure all equipment are functioning well:
          • Headphones with a microphone to reduce background noise.
          • Stable Internet connection (minimum 10/10 Mbps)

    C. NON-PRESENTER PARTICIPANTS (PHYSICAL AND ONLINE)

      1. For those attending in person at the physical venue, please arrive at the session room 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time and address any questions to the session chairperson during designated Q&A periods.
      2. All non-presenting attendees participating via Zoom must rename themselves using the format “Attendee – Name” (e.g., “Attendee – Sarah Lee”) to allow the chairperson to easily distinguish between presenters and audience members throughout the conference sessions.
      3. Participants are required to keep their microphones always muted except when asking questions during designated Q&A periods. At this point, they should use the “Raise Hand” function in Zoom and may unmute themselves when called upon by the chairperson to speak.
      4. The conference will feature parallel sessions conducted simultaneously in two separate Zoom breakout rooms, and attendees may freely choose which session they wish to attend based on their academic interests and preferences by selecting the appropriate breakout room when prompted during the session.
      5. All attendees should ensure their Zoom application is updated to the latest version and test their audio/video capabilities beforehand to avoid technical difficulties when moving between the main room and breakout sessions during the conference.
