          2. At least ONE<\/strong> registered author must present the paper at the conference. Papers not presented will not be considered for publication.<\/li>
          3. Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings<\/strong>, subject to publisher requirements and quality standards.<\/li>
          4. Authors must submit the required copyright form<\/strong>.
