The existence of digital technology in the midst of the arena eliminates geographical and physical boundaries as the faculty and students learn to reach out to the world around them using the language they have mastered and acquired. This scenario is truly happening among the proponents of Arabic language and its literature. Using language to communicate means being able to use language resourcefully to exchange meaning.<\/div><div title=\"Page 2\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">A knowledge of the culture is essentially fundamental to being able to communicate successfully and provides a basis for understanding in which the speakers would be able to establish shared meaning, exchange shared concepts, and ways of seeing the world. The repercussion of disseminating Arabic language in countries (Arab and non- Arab) reflects from various perspectives among others; communicative, cultural, linguistics, cognitive and religious. Language proficiency extends learners\u2019 capability to communicate and establish connections with others.<\/div><div title=\"Page 2\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">Language also enables learners to engage with people of diverse cultures in ways that appreciate similarities and recognize differences. Knowledge of language develops an understanding of how the structural and functional elements are applied to create meaning. Language also extends an individual\u2019s capacity to think and to use knowledge in an interactive manner while communicating with others. Additionally, the most prevalent purpose of mastering Arabic is to understand the beauty of the holy Quran and other religious scripture both literally and functionally.
