  1. Abstracts for poster presentations must be submitted as a Word document. The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must include the following details:
    1. Title
    2. Author’s information
    3. Affiliation and email address
    4. Problem statement and objectives
    5. Research methods
    6. Significance
    7. Expected findings
    8. Keywords (not exceeding five terms)
  2. Each poster should not be more that. 4 ft. x 4 ft. Printing of the posters is the responsibility of the presenters as the conference venue will not be providing this service for presenters.
  3. Presenters are encouraged to bring their own push pins/adhesive materials and they are responsible for putting up their own posters. Committee members will be available for assistance. Posters will remain on display for the duration of the conference.
  4. Each poster must use fonts larger than size 18 so that it can be read by at a distance of 4 to 5 ft. or more. Captions for illustrations and charts should be legible. Photographs should not be smaller than 5 x 7 inches and permission to use images must be obtained by the presenter. Poster contents should have an ordered arrangement, e.g. introduction, methodology, findings, and conclusion. Overcrowding charts and images should be avoided for ease of viewing.
  5. Presenters are required to be present at their poster during poster session. Presenters are also encouraged to bring extra handouts of their research and/ or distribute contact information/enquiry sheets should other delegates wish to know more about their research.
