For two decades, the Congress has united international academic scientists, researchers, and industry practitioners to share transformative ideas and cross-disciplinary innovations. ICCESDiRe&#8217;26 aims to provide a collaborative platform for experts to exchange research results on all aspects of Civil Engineering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the world faces unprecedented climate challenges and rapid urbanization, the role of the engineer has shifted from purely technical to deeply ethical.
